Refund Policy
Fine Art Prints may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the work is returned in its original condition and packaging, unused, the original receipt or proof of purchase has been provided, and the request for return is approved.
To request a return, the collector can contact suiteharmony@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible to ship the item back and for the cost of shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Collectors must ship the item within 7 days of contacting us.
We will notify you once the return is received and inspected. We will then let you know if the refund is approved. The refund will use the original payment method and can take some time for the bank to process the refund.
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of
-the artwork
-the damage
-the packaging materials
Returned prints will be inspected upon receiving. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
*Please note that colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen calibration, lighting, and display conditions. Such variations are inherent to original and printed artwork and are not considered defects.
Limited Edition Prints
Limited edition prints, once signed or numbered, are considered collectible works and may be subject to additional return limitations.
Commissioned Art
All commissioned, custom, or made-to-order works are final sale. This includes artworks created to specific size, color, or design requests.
Exceptions:
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or purchases made with gift cards.
